Discover a new experience with liveaboard sometimes can be a little bit exciting for you, so you want to prepare anything before the departure and didn’t want to miss anything to enjoying the trip. If you have any questions with the amazing liveaboard experience, you can contact to our team, and we will be happy to help you.
KAIA Liveaboard has 6 identical cabin room available, with private bathroom, and access to our amazing floating balcony. The rooms are equipped with amenities like toiletries, towel, small drawers.
Our room has a capacity of 2 persons per rooms, and up to 12 passengers can be fit onboard to enjoying the experience.
We have taken this issue seriously, subject to the new regulations from the Indonesia government, all the crew members onboard are already do the covid test before each departure.
Right now, we only offering the full private charter for our booking to enjoying the experience onboard. So, the price for children will be the same as adults and any children considered to be counted as passengers.
KAIA Liveaboard didn’t cover any personal expenses, national park fee, tips for the crew member, hotel or land accommodation, any alcoholic beverages onboard, diving insurance, and personal insurance, diving equipment beside tank and weight. Please contact our team for other exclusion equipment service price list.
Please contact our team before the departure for your personal things needed before do the trip. Our team will happy to help you if you want to find some groceries store, ATM services, Hospital, Police Station near the area before the departure.

Regular Questions
We will be enjoying sharing a different experience with you if you decided to stay longer! There is no maximum duration to rent KAIA, subject to the other booking from another client.
To enjoying the experience onboard, we have TV with Karaoke system, board games, non-motorized sports equipment like paddleboard, barbeque equipment, kids kit activities. We have our own diving compressor so you don’t have to worry how many minimum diving you can do onboard, subject to the rules of diving of course!
We recommended you prepare for any water activities we will do while onboard! Don’t forget to bring your sunglasses, sunscreen, if your kids are like to play on the beach don’t forget to bring the equipment to play with the sand. Personal medicine, sandal, comfortable shirt, any dry bag, hat or cap is recommended to bring onboard also.
Don’t worry, you can! Although, we already prepare you some alcoholic beverages available, in case you want to bring your own alcoholic beverages, don’t worry, we will prepare you some glass and ice cube available onboard.
We are sadly to see you didn’t want to enjoying our trip with us, please refer to our cancellation policy under our terms and agreement.
The Labuan Bajo, Sumbawa, and Alor best season is between April into November.
To reach labuan bajo, please find the flight to Komodo (LBJ) Airport, to reach sumbawa, please find the flight to sultan Muhammad Kaharudin III (SWQ) airport, to reach alor, please find the flight to Mali (ARD) Airport.
To book the trip, the payment only be made to PT Keandra Kana Karkasa Account that can be considered as the booking for our vessel. For any exclusions expenses onboard we accept cash, QRIS, bank transfer, and Debit and Credit Card (EDC Available).
